I used to come here all the time, but now I decided I would come back and join you guys again, I need the support. I started out at 266 and I am down to 238 right now, with a goal weight of between 125-135. I have a few stressful situations going on right now in my life(break-up with boyfriend of 2 years, ex has a court date tomorrow(think he will be in jail at least 30 days), school ending very soon) But I know I can and will hold myself together and get through whatever life brings my way, and lose weight also. So, please everyone here, cheer me on! Thanks, Marilew

Welcome back !! I know things are stressful right now, but if you can hold on and continue to eat healthy you will feel so much better. sharla

Merilew - I know you don't want to gain weight...show the XDB and the XDH how much better you're going to be...keep up the good work...you have lost so much to stop now...think of how fine it will be when the day comes that you walking looking like "all that and a bag of chips!"

It will be so worth it to see the look on thier faces! hang in there!

You bet we're here for you. And your attitude is great. Allow yourself downtimes with a time limit put on it. I heard about this somewhere and it really helps from getting overwhelmed by the stresses. You allow yourself say, 10 minutes to be blue, worry, fret, etc. and at the end of the time you pick up and carry on with a resilient and freer attitude. Let me know if it works! :o) Kristi <><
