Hello, I am new to this board and just wanted to introduce myself. I am 27, with a 4 year old son. My biggest problem is getting motivated to work out more. I eat healthy-my son cannot have sugar so I tend to follow the same guidelines-but I have been stuck at just over 200 lbs since my son was born. My dr told me it was my thyroid, but as it was just barely out of the allowed range, she was not going to prescribe anything. So, here I am.

Hi

I was having the same problem. My thyroid was out of range by a bit and was treated and now it is still out of range by 2 points and will not be treated further. You just have to work a little bit harder and be alittle more strict but if you are lucky you might have a pretty good metabolism... Good luck P.S. Iam doing fine . So dont worry . Just stay motivated and forget your thyroid..It"s really not that big a deal....

Let me know about your progress Claudette
