Now that Dawn has confessed her sins, I shall confess mine, and invite others to do the same.

On Monday afternoon, I fell.

could you have some chocolate with splenda? Then that way you cure the chocolate cravings and can go on to lose more weight.

Okay, I'll confess.... I can't stay away from food at night. I've been doing so good during the day, but nighttime...man it always gets me. Since it's that time of the month, the current craving is chocolate. Last night? I ate four chocolate chip cookies, you know, the Keebler kind with the M&M type candies in them? FOUR. And then (oh yes, there's more), I ate a Little Debbie's brownie pack (there's two 2-inch brownies). I did workout yesterday, 30 mins on my bike, and 15 mins of toning/strength training. But the worst is this morning. My son wanted two of these pancake, egg and sausage sandwiches (like a store brand version of the McDonald's McGriddle) but could only eat one of them. Guess who ate the other one?? Yup, me. That thing has 350 calories and 21g of fat (I can feel my arteries clogging now). And it's been like that all week long, with me eating too much at night. So even though I've got cramps out the wazzoo, I'm getting my lard butt back on that exercise bike and riding for another 30 minutes here soon.

Oh, BTW....BOOT! There's a swift kick in the keester; If I bend over, will you give me one now???

Ugh, I went out to lunch today (I know I know!) and didn't make a wise choice in my meal... ate it all.. and now I feel like crap! It's amazing what eating heathly can do to you when you don't. I guess that'll teach me not to do it again for a while.

So if you feel like cheating... DON'T... or It'll catch up to you! LOL
