What time do you think is best to work out?

I think I need to exercise in the morning....but most mornings I can barely get out of bed...then I literly amble over to the recliner, sit and drink my morning coffee...and about 6:20 I start putting on my makeup.
I shower mostly at night so I think that if I showered in the morning then had my coffee, I could maybe exercise somewhere in there...hmmm gotta think about that one....
I just know that I am too brain tired by the time I get home at 6pm....I have to take my DD to school by 7 a.m. and my work hours are from 7:30 to 5:30...then I get home about 6 if I don't have to stay late for meetings or to get a project out.
Some days on the way home I almost fall asleep while driving home...and I only live 5 miles from my job! You'd think I could stay awake for 5 miles! Might that be depression?

I tend to do mine between 4pm and 6pm, for now. That's the best time for me because I am too busy during the day to have "x" amount of free time in a row for exercise. Meaning, if I were to start an exercise in the am or early afternoon, chances are I would be distracted and have to stop to tend to the wash, or running to the store, or cleaning, or fixing dinner for my husband before he leaves for work (he works 4pm - midnight), etc. By 4pm my son has been home from school for a while and he has his homework finished. He then goes out to play until it's dinner time for us (usually 6pm). So, between those two hours I have free time to myself and use it for exercising.
However, once summer break starts for my son, me, my husband and our son all plan on getting up early every morning (before it gets too hot) to bike ride for a few hours. Then, maybe if I'm feeling really good, I will exercise some more during my normal hours (4pm-6pm) as well. But, we'll see.
