Soo now that Im trying to choose a different weight loss path, I did some research today on just regular weight loss books.

Good luck Shawna, actually that is what I have been doing for a long time. Its actually the "anti-diet approach" which also isn't easy. I really think if your really not ready and you know what I mean, that it doesn't matter what your plan is. There is a board here for anti-dieters.(moves to slow, haven't been there in a while). I am still learning and maintaining but have not gained in a while. I hope you do better than me. I am saying no to sweets more often, I think that is a good start. Anyway good luck and watch your portions. :-)Stephanie

I have not done well on WW, but it is not WW's fault. It is me and literally jumping off the band wagon...I think I just needed the time off...now I am thinking about paying more attention to a WOE and exercise. I still will do WW but if I can't stick to it...then I may go back to low carb to perhaps to get another chunk of weight off me.
