I'm ready to get back on track after struggling for the last 3 weeks. I'm gonna drink my water, do my exercise, journal, and make a menu for the week. What are you doing for yourself today? LK

Good for you LK.

This week I will just continue to drink my water, exercise 4-5times and eat within my calorie, fat and carb limits. Good luck to everyone!

K, I'm a day late on this, but I decided Sunday, "No excuses" per my eating. I've been eating way too much lately, keep allowing myself to dip in here and there. I've been doing good for two days, but I slipped up a teensy bit last night (not too bad, though), so today, I'm going to drink my water (12 glasses at least), exercise, and eat RIGHT (which means veggies and fruits and NOT them stupid key lime bars I made. "For the kids." Yeah right. lol).

Good luck everyone!
