I'm doing Jazzercise twice this week (I love Jazzercise) and WATP dvd's twice....maybe get in a third if I can get up early enough. The WATP dvd's are 3 and 4 miles.....I did the 4 mile today, so probably the 3 mile next time.
Working out at the gym monday to friday, atleast 30 minutes on the elliptical each day, as well as trying to fit in some yoga, and daily meditations. :)
had a walk yesterday with dh and ds. Will excercise on the stationary bike at least twice this week. Will take ds to the park on Saturday and play with him (great workout there! mark is 14 months old, so he can't play alone yet, i carry him, run, etc until we both drop with exhaustion). I may fit in another day out (tuesday or friday probabely)
I'm doing what I usually do. I ride my exercise bike for a half an hour in the mornings, after my son leaves for school, every day except Sundays. Sundays I just count the walking I do for shopping as my exercise. And every other day (I try to anyway) I do toning stuff, abs, arms, butt, etc. What keeps me motivated is just knowing that if I *don't* exercise, I'm going to feel like crap. I always do. But when I do exercise, I get a nice energy boost that keeps me going throughout the day.
