Hi Mary: Thanx for typing that! It makes me feel better about this being well over my 30th time to recommitting to lose weight!
I'm right there with ya, but the good news is, we're back on the wagon! And I look at it as a positive step and I take it one day at a time, literally!
I remember back when you first started coming here - you've come so far! And you can continue to go even farther.
As far as sitting at a desk/computer all day - make sure you take some breaks to walk around and stretch out. Take a few mins to look away from the computer and do some neck rolls or stretching at the waist. Find anyway to revive yourself.
Good luck on recommitting - think of how good you're going to feel!
