That's a good question - I tend to get scale happy when I'm OP. But it's a bad thing cuz I'll weigh myself like everday and it plays mind games with me.

Reminds me of the Oprah I just saw last week - she said the scale is not her friend. She judges weightloss by how her clothes fit.

Now, I just started again yesterday and already today I've weighed myself. I'm thinking of putting my scale away in a closet and weighing in like every 2 weeks or so.

Not sure about two months, but I only allow myself to weigh in on Saturdays.

I'm doing good if I only weigh in once a day.

I don't own and scale, and don't think I ever will... I use the one at the gym, only once a week, Monday mornings before my workout. At this point, I don't really think that I could go two months, just because I don't think the way my clothes fit on a daily basis would tell me whether or not I was actually doing what I need to and losing weight. And, well, I really just love the encouragement of that scale slider moving backwards. :)

I can go for very long times w/o the scale if i am not following my plan. I hate to see the scale climbing up. As if when i don't see it, it is not happening lol. But if i've been "good" and noticing improvements in clothes/health, etc, i like to weigh in cuz most times i see the scale going down. I never weigh in more than once a week though.
