It can be anything, meal, snack, smoothie........anything........what are some of your favorite things to eat?

I agree, I'm just loving cooking on my charcoal grill. Corn on the cob, asparagus, green beans (all with a good dose of garlic), mini potatoes, lean steak, chicken breasts, pork chops.... Mmmmmm.... In fact, my parents just had a side of beef put in the freezer, so I gotta run down to their place to steal a bag of steaks. :)

Mmmmm all of what you guys said sounds great. I live in an apt complex and we can't have grills on our balcony so I have to make do w/out one.
I love anything that allows me to eat a large portion and fills me up. One thing I love (thanx to my mom - lifetime member of WW) is 1/2 c. nonfat van yogurt, with 1/2 crushed pineapple and some grapenuts. It fills a whole bowl to the brim and is satisfying.
Since going back OP, I have to be careful of different marinades for chicken and meats with sugar added to them so I have just discovered Mrs. Dash (original I like) I take crushed garlic and mix in a lot of Mrs. Dash and smear in on boneless skinless chicken breasts then brown them in a pan with some olive oil - mmmmmmmm I make extras so I have in the fridge for a salad the next day!
The WW lowfat Choc Mousse ice cream pops - my new fav. Only 60cal per bar, 1pt. Mmmm - I can't go a day w/out one yet. They really do taste very rich and yummy - and I'm not trying to convince myself of that either!
Angel food cake (which has no fat, don't know carb count) with fresh berries or fruit with SSFF cool whip! OMG! It's a dream and almost sinless!
For that salty craving - nothing is better than a handful of smoked or plain almonds. And they're so good for you!
Even tho I'm doing low fat too, I have cut out white flour/sugar products and have now embraced everything sandwich wise in a lettuce roll up. I love the butter lettuce or bibb lettuce and just pile everything in there. Instead of mayo (i hate the low fat kind) I've been mixing up some olive oil and red wine vinegar and putting that on there - gives me that sweet and tangy mix!
Kerry, one time Kerstin suggested I do the Lettuce wrap thing instead of using bread for my sandwich. So, I gave it a try...used Romaine Lettuce, turkey, tomatoe.....are you ready for this? I gagged! No lie! I couldn't eat the stupid thing. It literally made me gag to eat it. I have NO idea why......I like lettuce...eat it all the time....
I was on msn w/Kerstin at the time...she couldn't believe it either. To say the least, I haven't had one since, and haven't had too many sandwiches since, either!
I'm a goof!
