Hey everyone, I came across this article and was wondering what you all think of it. It sounds pretty interesting. I don't know about the garlic though. I wouldn't do that. LOL! I wish they would have asked her how much exercise she gets in. I don't know if her consuming the food in reverse was what did it though. It could've just been the fact that she was eating healthy. Who knows.

Yeah I would like to see that. Especially after losing all that weight and then to go on and win 2nd place in a bikini contest!! Boy, her skin must have bounced right back!

Hmmmm kinda bizarre - but there are some strange weight loss techniques out there! Lord knows I've tried some of them. I think the whole cooking things in orange juice is weird. Maybe it worked b/c she started to eat less at each meal having things in reverse. I really wouldn't want to eat dinner food first thing in the morning!

Nor I. But, I guess it depends on what you would eat as your dinner first thing in the am. I would also think that it may be easier to do that if you get up later. I don't know. I know for me it's hard enough to force myself to eat one or two hard boiled eggs in the am sometimes let alone a dinner. LOL! I was never a breakfast person. Now I do it because I HAVE to and to get my metabolism up. But I could see maybe having a small piece of fish and some veggies in the am. Who knows. And yes, the OJ thing is strange. I wonder what her point of that was. Darn these reporters! They never ask the questions we want to know. LOL!
