I have to be quick, American Idol is about to begin, but I gained this week!

NO DQ BLIZZARD....Thre could be lots of reason for the gain...is it TOM? Did you have more sodium than usual? Are you working out more (could be muscle?)?

This kind of thing happens...you'll see a loss next week. One little (and it is little) gain is NOT going to sidetrack all your hard work.

Look at your food for the past few days and see if maybe its carbs/salt/fat....for me its the carbs.

I know how you feel. When I am g=not doing well it is so hard not to revert back to old habits and turn to food. .6 is not that much of a gain. You have been doing so well. Keep telling yourself that you lost 3 pounds last week and you can do it again. Hang in there. sharla
