Hi. My name is kristin! and I'm 23 years old. I used to come to this board a couple of years ago. I'm trying to get back on track. I'm on summer break from college for the next three months so I think now would be the perfect time for me to get on track. Since I was last here I gained back all the weight I had lost, plus like 40 lbs. So now I'm over 300 lbs and I feel like total crap about myself.
For right now I'm just trying to stay around 1800 calories until I reach 275, then I'm going to cut calories again. If anyone is interested in journaling with me I'm all for it. I am also looking for a good webiste that has the amount of calories burned during a workout. So if anyone knows of any let me know, please.
Hopefully I'll get to know everyone one this board soon!

Hey Kristin! Welcome! There are tons of great people here that will be of great help to you. As for a website with calories burned during exercise, here's one for now:

Good Luck!!!!
hello kristin, I am kristy! aka kristrin, not to be confusing!
so needless to say I like your handle.
I just returned with a gain too. What can I say except, its good to be back.
Already I am finding a bit of gusto to make a bit better changes in my day and considering how badly I was eating last week this is great.
nice to meetcha!
Hi Kristin:
Fitday.com is an excellent resource for calculating calories consumed and calories burned.
Welcome to the board.

Hi there and welcome back! For calories burned during exercise, my favorite website is:
www.caloriesperhour.com
They have an awesome list of activities, and you can even figure out how many calories you burn while sitting and doing nothing! It allows you to plug in your weight, height, sex, and age, so it's fairly accurate.
