reduce the amount of sugar substitutes you use (like in diet products). They can actually make you crave more sugar (just ask me!)

Order extra veggies!!! When you're at a restaurant and getting a "meat, potato/rice, and salad" meal, order a side of grilled or steamed veggies. You won't have a problem packing up half your starch and/or meat when you're filling up on veggies, and they're not expensive!

If you need to add a little punch to your walking workout, get some ankle weights and carry hand weights.
