OMG, I've got a great idea! You know how people who curse a lot put some change in a jar in order to stop themselves from cursing so much? We could use that same concept, except whenever you fall off track and knowingly eat something bad or skip an exercise date, put at least a quarter into a jar. After awhile, you'll have money to buy some new (smaller) clothes and maybe a trip to a spa as a treat for sticking to the long road of losing weight DESPITE the occasional slip...I'm gonna have to get a jar for myself!
If you can stand it, place a blown-up picture of yourself at your heaviest weight on the refrigerator door or your pantry...any place you need a little "reminder" of your goal
