lol, I'm the same way, I tend to munch more when I'm home..............staying within my points range but still feel like I'm going a little nuts sometimes :)
Well Tuesday, my boss bought me a Pizza Hut personal pan pizza--- I ate it. And yesterday we went to a Tea Room for lunch and I had a BLT, veggie soup, and a Bavarian Chocolate Mousse. (awsome)--- I ate it--- BUT my DD and her DB helped me eat it so I didn't get to eat too much of it... thanks to all that is good.
Okay if I'm gonna tell on myself, I may as well be honest! Yesterday (Thursday) was DF's bday and took him to dinner along with another friend. Here's what went down (literally at dinner)
foccacia bread with garlic dipping sauce caesers salad (lots of dressing and croutons!) Appetizers - coconut shrimp deep fried and swimming in an apricot cream sauce Appetizer - antipasto platter (3 of us split the appetizers) Entree - lobster ravioli in a vodka cream sauce (yes, the rest of the sauce was slapped up with more foccacia bread!) Desert - sinful chocolate truffle cake with choc ganache and white choc shavings
So there, I ate it....all. Oh, and 2 glasses of white wine. Yep, I did it.
So, get on the scale this morning - no gain.
Had migraine this morning tho and didn't eat anything until 5:30 tonite where I continued to eat a Pizza Hut personal pan pizza and a 32oz Mtn Dew. Yep, I ate the breadstix too.
Tomorrow (Sat) I will be real good but Sunday am having a big bday party for DF, where I have not planned very well and everything I'm making is fattening! Ugh...wasn't I just saying I was obsessed last week?
Stop the insanity!!!!!!!!!!!!!!1

all right here is what was excluded from my food journal!!!!
- it started with "some" more chocolate chip cookies (translation a big handful) - then it was a lot of chocolate frozen yogurt
then I went downtown for dinner with my boyfriend and had:
- a chicken burger with cheese, bacon, salad, fries - a margarita - amaretto and pepsi - half a mocha kahlua cheesecake with chocolate sauce and white chocolate shavings!@#$!!!
Yesterday I went over to a friends house for "girls night", drank quite a bit (too much tequilla and 3 smirnof cream swirls - sooooo much sugar!!!), ate veggies and dip, home made french onion soup, a tuna and cheddar in pillsbury pastry bake, some pineapple, and a bit of candy / chips. But I didn't overload on the goodies, and I didn't drink nearly as much as I could have (all in all, the three of us only drank about a 3rd of the bottle of tequilla). Also, I only made it to the gym 3 days this week, and I couldn't finished my workout on the 3rd day because my feet were getting blistered from my crappy running shoes, so I guess it's back to my sneakers on the elliptical.
