I did bad :p I'll admit it.We went camping for the weekend, and while I had thought I had planned well to eat good,it all went down hill when we actually got there.Heck...beforehand.Hubby brought home a yummy lunch that I picked at until we left, didn't have dinner because the lunch was huge, and then loads of chips all weekend.Hardly any water(campground water was NAAAAAASTY!)because I was the only one to bring some and it wasn't enough.

I'm back on track today though....and I think my stomach will thank me for it.Going from eating healthy and getting in alot of water daily to the opposite, ick! I was not feeling well yesterday.Hopefully a lesson learned from now on.I'm not going to let it get me down or think that because I blew one weekend then thats it...I'm going to get right back into it and hopefully learn to plan better next time :o)

We did a lot of grilling and I had mostly veggies but also some beef, pork, chicken, and lamb. My downfall was too much of my dh yummy potato salad. So, I'll give myself an "okay" for the weekend. LK

I did great! :D I'm so proud of myself for this weekend. It pretty much started Thursday night when the family went out to eat pizza at an all you can eat place. I had 2 plates of salad and 1 very small slice of supreme pizza and 1 very small slice of dessert pizza. Friday night we ate at Red Robin (a burger place), and I had a huge salad with chicken breast and salsa instead of dressing, and I only ate 1 onion ring, and I wouldn't have had that, but Neil made me ;). Saturday we went to a barbeque and I ate light all day to prepare for it, and ate very healthfully. Sunday and Monday were lazy days, but I managed to stay OP all weekend. I think one of my saving graces was discovering that I can buy Olive Garden Salad dressing in a bottle at Olive Garden, and that it only has 80 calories per 2 T. I ate a ton of salad because of it. :) I just finished logging everything in to fitday, and I think I was actually a little low on the calories--I'm trying to make sure I get a minimum of 1500 cal/day. I also got in a few walks this weekend too, so the exercise is right OP too!

Well I did terrible this past weekend. Not only did I overeat but Aunt Flo decided to pay me a visit which made everything much worse. The good thing Im retaining water and have only gained 2lbs(could have been alot more with all the things I ate).

I did pretty well with two exceptions. I had a few handfuls of popcorn at a movie - like the worst thing you can eat. We went to a BBQ and I did not have one drop of alcohol! Just water and Diet Coke. I did have half of a brownie but otherwise I stuck to meat (no buns) and salad.

Wooooweeeeee, did I overdo. It's been my motto to deny myself nothing so that I can enjoy a little bit of something and not feel I have to sneak or eat the whole thing. Well this weekend, 3 of us ATE THE WHOLE THING!!! My gosh, chips, dip, candy, hotdogs, eating out, etc. I feel toxic actually. So tonight I went to Curves after work (LOVE it!) and feel somewhat better. Aack! What a weekend! Kristi :o) <><
