Let's see..... I used to post here, several years ago, and then completely fell off the 'trying to fix my weight issue' wagon for about two years.
The good news -- I didn't gain back more weight then I lost.
The bad news -- I still weigh almost 240 lbs, which is about 110 lbs more then my 5'5" frame likes. And I'm starting to suffer some ankle and knee problems as a result.
The solution -- 1)get over my fear of rejoining that great support group on Ivillage that I liked so much (doing it right now!)
2) start going back to the YMCA regularly for my weight training
3) Use the elliptical machine. I bought the thing, it takes up half my bedroom. I should use it, right?
4) Moderate my eating habits.
More about me -- I'm married, have one daughter who is about to turn 5 (she was 1 and 2 last time I posted here, I think), one husband who is blind in all the right ways, and a generally good life.
It's good be to back, and hopefully I'll improve my 'stick to it iveness'.
