Well woke up this morning and decided that I need to go back to WW.....AGAIN.Im looking into doing WW online again and see how I do.

Whatever plan you choose has to be something you'll stick with and make a lifestyle change. Otherwise, you'll gain the weight back each time. I think that's the hardest thing for people to realize. Diets just don't work. If it isn't something you'll stay with forever, it's not going to work.

I loved WW years ago before they started the points system. I lost 40 pounds BUT once I quit going to meetings I quit sticking to the program and gained the weight back plus more.

Almost anyone can lose on any diet, but the big question is, "can they live with it forever?".

That's the problem I've always had, sticking with the plan. I've gained and lost so many pounds you could fill a truck up. My aunt did the same thing, did all the plans. Finally she couldn't take it anymore and got the band on her stomach. She's done very well with it and is completely happy. It's not for me, but I'm glad it has been good for her. Kristi :o) <><
