Workout Injuries........How Do You Deal?

The few times I have injured myself, I took a break from it all for about a week.

Well, I think you actually have to WORKOUT to get an injury, so that leaves me out.

I didn't injure myself exercising BUT.....When in Chicago the first day we walked so much that my knee was killing that night. I couldn't even turn over in bed!! The next day DH had to put my sock on me cause I couldn't bend my leg to get to my foot!! I could walk tho so it didn't ruin my trip. So anyway I haven't been to Curves in over a week and do plan to go tomorrow. Went to the DR and she said it is probably arthritis. Great. She gave me some weak a$$ pain pills and mega doses of ibuprophen and now all is better. Resting the injury is key to recovery I think. If you miss a work out so be it. I can't wait to go tomorrow, I can really feel that my body is missing it. :-)Stephanie 280/253/223 for now
