I don't have the weight balls, either, but I use regular 2 lb hand weights. They work fine. Glad you're enjoying the dvd's. I just did the 4 mile this morning! I love it!
I love WATP! I find that I get a lot more out of doing a 3 mile WAPT workout than just walking 3 miles. I like to turn down the volume on the TV and put on my own music. The Saturday Night Fever soundtrack works well with the 2 mile video!!
I didn't know that had the tapes without weights.
