Does anyone know of any appetite suppressants (or have tried them) that aren't totally bad for you? You hear all these horror stories about a lot of them, but I was wondering if there were any out there that were OK. Anyone know of a "natural" appetite suppressant? Thanks for all the help!!

I tried and still sometimes use zetacap they are natural fiber to make your stomach feel bloated so you feel full.. They liken them to an alternative to gastric bypass

I have heard that using green tea is very helpful. I cannot use it. I just thought it may
be good to say that if you have high blood pressure, you may want to check with your doc
1st. Green tea can raise bp.
