Well where do I start?
I'm new to this board and discovered it by accident, but after reading everyone's messages and support, I just felt inclined to become a part of it.
I'm 20 year old female, living in the UK. Hoping to lose about 100 pounds...maybe a few more, but trying not to think of the massive task ahead of me just yet.
I only started my healthy eating plan 11 days ago...but one thing I MUST do, is more exercise, I just need to find ways that I enjoy.
Well I'm sure I'll add more later! Hope to speak to others soon!

Well I am trying to swim often, I love to salsa, as well as walking...but I must force myself to do some each day, rather than just like 3 times a week!
Or at least just do the housework more often!! hehe
