I just read up on zetacap from the company's website. A couple of decades ago (yes, decades) there was a product out that was designed to do a similar thing as zetacap. It was to fill the stomach with a fiberous gel that would fill you up and also make food pass through quicker, thereby lessening the amount of fat and calories absorbed. Xanthan gum (the first ingredient listed in zetacap) is used in many foods - it's a filler. I'm just curious what the difference is between it and filling up on fiber pills (the methycellulose fiber). Anyone know? Kristi :o) <><
lol yeah its the same as a fiber pill with a fancy name to get you to spend the money.. for me it was worth it cuz mentally most likely it gave me that edge to lower my calories and become more aware of what and how much I ate.. was it the pill or
