Hey all, I was just looking at posts, and wondering if anyone sticks to a specific weight loss diet plan or not...

...basically I am going through the motions of eating what I want, but in much smaller amounts than before, and snacking healthily rather than unhealthily.

I was just wondering if anyone was following a really successful plan, that was moderately easy to follow, well just looking for inspiration!

Hope all is going well!!

I'm not using a 'diet' either, although I think, for me, I do better with the structure of a diet. I tend to get lazy when I can pick & choose for myself. I'd like to go back to low-carb which works really well for me.

I'm doing the same as you, except when I fall off the wagon and into a bag of Oreos. I can't be the only one here who is having times of weakness. :o) Kristi <><

I don't follow a specific diet plan, but my huge problem with this approach is that i tend to cheat.. a lot.. so i know a structured plan is better for me.

I am using a "structured plan" starting today, but i don't mean by this a formal diet program like WW or south beach, etc. I write a weekly meal plan (from guidlines i learned from my nutritionist and sample plans i have from him) and follow that plan.

I am not "dieting" either. I've cut way back on sweets and am trying to make better choices. Maintaining right now, trying to get the scale to go down. I will never diet again. :-)Stephanie. 280/253/223 for now

I do a low fat meal plan with lots of veggies. Making up weekly menus really helps me stay on track. For exercise, I walk and walk and walk. I know I need to change up my exercise routine but I haven't found anything I like as well as walking. I hope to try out swimming this summer. Good question. LK

I've read that there are all kinds of things you can add to your walk to increase the intensity (aerobically) while going the same distance. There are arm movements speed up and slow down, hand weights, etc., etc. Kristi :o) <><
