Sorry it took me a while to get back to you....I'm not sure but its by the guy who has the 8 min in the morning books. I have the CDs of the 3hr diet....you eat 5 times a day and there are no forbidden foods but you do watch portion size and eat within one hr of getting up in the morning.. and stop 3hrs before bed. Three meals and two snacks three hours apart. then a nite time treat(50) calories. I'd like to try it as its suppose to restart your motabolizm and after years of 3day dieting and age mine has stopped or died!!!! not sure which..Thanks for asking. Maybe there is no board on it..I did find the link on diet/fittness page. It even gives you a free profile but it cost 3 dollars a week to join and I'm nervouse about sending credit card stuff on internet....can you see my age here. :-) Tammy

For me, it sounds too time consuming. I have trouble remembering to do anything, so am likely not to remember to eat at the right times. I love the idea of portion control. I won't measure, weigh or count calories but eyeing portions when they tell you "the size of your fist", or "the size of your thumb", that suits me to a 'T'. Kristi :o) <><

I think i am following this 3-hrs thing without knowing LOL.. I usually have a meal/snack every 3-4 hours, so i eat 5-6 meals instead of the usual 3 big meals. I noticed that if i ate breakfast and waited all the way till lunch, i am normally very hungry and tend to overeat and have a great tendency to grab as many carbs and sweats as possible. So, for someone like me, spacing every 3 hours is a good thing.

I just weighed this morning and have lost.....so even though I'm still not on a 3hr schedule I must be doing something cause I haven't lost weight no matter what I've tried for 4-5 yrs now...I think the bike helped I've got a schedule all printed for this comming week....I hope that will work better as I have been staying up late to get the food in cause no eating 3 hrs before bed......I need to get up earlier and thats not on my retirement schedule. lolo but dueable if it helps me get healthier.....Good luck to all this week....I'm sooooo glad to be on this board again....Big Hug to you all.
