Hi, Thanks for the info. I think the fitness calculater is wrong. It says if I walk at a pace of 4.0 miles per hr for 40 min, I only burn 168 calories? Mu treadwell says 300 also I check another website and it also said even more 350 calories burned. A little about me... I currently weigh 215 I have lost 30lbs since April sticking to 1200 calories per day and walking 6 days per week. My goal is 160 because I am 5'8 and thats a good weight for me. Do you think I should be doing anything different? My boyfriend of 9 years puts me down all the town telling me I should do more cardio and lose another 30lbs asap. He is embarresed to me seen with me. I dont think I look that bad but when someone tells you that it still makes you feel bad.

I think you are doing great! 30 pounds since April is a LOT! If you want to add something add some weight lifting to your workout. Building muscle will burn more fat and also by building lean muscle you'll look thinner. You may also, with your workouts, need to add more calories. 1200 isn't a lot for the amount of exercise. And 30 pounds just since April is a lot of weight to lose. You should figure on 1 to 2 pounds per week for a safe weight loss.
I have to say too that your bf is a jerk. I'm sorry but any guy that says things like that...is...a...jerk!! You are working hard & doing great. Be very proud of yourself.
