Shoulda seen me at Curves......

I was movin' and workin' and generally creating a tremendous sweat! I'd had such a hard day at work (everyone was SO cranky!) and when I hit Curves, I just worked it all out. It felt so good and made me feel better about the cookies I'd had earlier. I'm slowly but surely getting back on track. I'd love to be one of those women who decide to do something and just do it. Unfortunately, if I was one of those women I'd be chatting on the "Look at me be decisive and successful" board. :o) Kristi <><

I haven't done any kind of work out in a month or so...been going to work and school and that seems to be all I can handle!

I love going to Curves, especially the one in Burlington, WA. There's lot of room and nice dressing rooms and the people are great. I go to 4 of them, actually; wherever I happen to be! Kristi :o) <><

Hey- Do you have that station in Curves where you essentially use an aerobic step and you
sort of just have to do something for the time you are there?
I had joined a silhouettes- which is essentialy the same thing- but that silly station really turned me off and I stopped going.
Does Curves have that?

The steps in between the machines are called "recovery stations". One of the Curves I go to won't allow you to use the square as a step. Apparently someone turned their ankle doing that so they said no stepping. I use it for anything, dance on it, do Susan Powter exercises, whatever. I've never heard of Sillouettes. What are of the country is that in? Kristi :o) <><

hey- By the way I hopped right into my question without saying Way to Go! so -- WAY to Go!
Silhouettes is in the US- in NJ.
I picked this over curves simply because it was on the way home.
I'm curious about the Susan Powter Exercises. I'll have to look them up.
:)
