Well...my new healthy eating scheme was going great, until I went to a BBQ...and now the unhealthy habits...as well as alcohol creeping in.

BUT on the bright side still lost 4lb over all...SO gonna restart being all good tomorrow.

Anyone got any good tips that they use to keep them on track!? Would be much appreciated!

water water and more water... I also keep handy cleaned celery and carrots to munch on.. Also I try to do one day at a time.. Not to worry about tomorow

my unhealthy habits started to creep back in last Friday. I weighed in, saw a 5 lbs loss, and was invited to a day at my hubby's aunt. I just ate and ate and ate. And it was down the hill from there. I really have to stop rewarding myself with food or i will gain 10 lbs this week lol.

My only advice is to forget about it and continue with living healthy. we all fall off the wagon some time. The trick is to get back on as soon as you can. I started eating healthy again today. Keeping a food journal helps me see how much i am eating. There is a journaling section below.

Oh my gosh! You're human! Aack! Seriously, you identified the day as a little out of control. Put it in the past and don't focus on it. The negative will almost always drive you to comfort eat. I should know, I'm the queen of comfort eating! Ha, ha, ha. Kristi :o) <><
