What way of eating are you following? portion control,listening to my body to determine if I am truely hungry or not,and watching what I eat.

How long have you been on your journey? a few years on and off.

What's your favorite way to get motivated? picturing myself as a fit and healthy person.

Machelle,Did you catch the new Celebrity Fit Club yet? I loved looking at the end results of the celebs last season,and I really hope this new batch make all their goals because I'd really love to see them all succeed.

Portion control and being more active. I've always been overweight (except for about 2 years in my life while in college), but I've renewed my efforts and have become dedicated on my birthday last week.

My biggest motivator is pictures of myself now versus how I was when I was thin during those quick 2 years before my weight started going up again. I also find success stories to be great motivators!!

What way of eating are you following?
My own. Similar to Weight Watchers, but it's mainly just a low cal, healthy way of eating.

How long have you been on your journey?
This time since 4/4/05. I've been trying on an off for about 6 years.

What's your favorite way to get motivated?
Seeing the scale go down! Lol! Other than that, just knowing that I am being healthy and good to myself.

THIS time- since my DS was born Sept 28th!


What's your favorite way to get motivated?


I have skinny pictures of myself I stare at, looking in the mirror- although just TRY and find a full length mirror in my house! Also I had GD when I was pregnant this time and I don't want to get diabetes later in life so I'm trying to lose this weight for that reason as well. But all that hasn't helped lately!
