Hi all my name is mindy I am 35 and I weigh 265ish I wanna be 180ish I have been heavy most of my life. I have been laying off the candy and back to more fruit and veggies and nomore soda. I have just decided to lose weight. I think is time to get her done. I aain't got much motavation but I think this site will be real helpful
