I'm getting sea sick.......with all the waves I'm makeing and not getting anywhere!!
weigh day for me and I'm back to 251.2 ugh!!!! this is the story..followed 3hr diet one week----down 4#s good......
followed half the time for week 2 Stayed the same
didn't follow one whole day for week 3 gained back 4#s help I need to be locked up by myself and given what I need to eat every three hours..........................I need a email buddy to talk with each day........sels3@charter.net Thank You Tammy

Hi Tammy. That sounds really frustrating.Do you know why you keep going off the diet? I think if you answer that you will be able to solve your problem. Is the 3hrdiet to restrictive? If so maybe another diet plan would be better for you.(I have no idea what the 3hrdiet is. I am just throwing out suggestions.) Are things getting in the way of you eating healthy? If so make a plan up so you don't mess up. For instance pack bags of carrots or other healthy snacks in advance so you have something to eat when you are hungry or are around other people and can't eat healthy. Planning ahead can help out a lot. I am not sure if this is much help, but I am thinking of you. Stick with it and you will reach your goal. sharla

You sound a lot like me. I was finally able to drop 5 lbs after a big hault, and last week i know i screwed up. I am afraid to weigh-in because i know i gained them back. I have to stop rewarding myself with food, food, and more food.

I agree about keeping to the long-term commitment. I've spent the last 4 months on the same up and down boat. Some weeks I lose, some weeks I gain, and some weeks I stay the same. However, when I look back and see an overall drop of 45lbs, it works out to a good average but there were weeks when I was discouraged. You've just got to keep doin' it (and I mean doing - not just trying). Good luck! LK

Up down Up down Fat cells full Fat cells empty, on and on. Ugh! I hate that! My fat cells should be really limber by now. I love the days when my resolve is strong, if I could figure out how to make that happen each day, I would know success. Kristi :o) <><
