Weekend confession

Well girls. I totally strayed this weekend. I mean really STRAYED. Krispy Kremes. They are going to kill me. And that might be literal. My stomach is killing me right now. Just punishment I suppose.

Well, I got to thinking (which can be a dangerous thing for me) that I spent about $150 on Weight Watchers at home materials and NEVER used them. So I pulled it all out tonight and have everything set up to give WW one more serious go. I was doing so well before vacation, then I let myself slip back into my old ways. So here goes. One more try and hopefully this time I'll get it right.

How were your weekends? Anyone do anything fun?

I've been cleaning, cleanning, cleaning, painting, painting, cleaning.....and eating not so well. I went to a pot luck at church tonight....know what I brought? PIZZA! No, not homemade.....I ordered it. I had NO time to make anything. (we're in the process of trying to buy a new house and I'm getting this one ready to sell if all works out).

So , no, I didn't have fun.

We will do this, Kerstin, we will!!!!!!

Had lots of fun here!!

Had dinner in a nice restaurant on Thursday with hubby and ds was sooo quiet, just relaxing, enjoying his meal, and looking at the ducks in the lake.

Friday: went shopping in the morning with dh and ds. Had lunch at my parents'. Went to the park after lunch.

Saturday: Had lots of fun with ds in the morning (hubby was repairing the car). Had Lunch & dinner at my inlaws.

Packed weekend huh? Not one minute of excercise. Not one serving of healthy food.

Didn't do much all weekend. We are preping our house to paint and DH is installing two new windows where there aren't any. And that isn't an easy job. I did buy a donut at the grocery store and ate it in the car(big no, no) and then went into the hardware store. When I came out and looked in the mirror I had chocolate on my nose. I was so embarassed. Lesson learned. Only drank 2 beers all weekend and that is real good for me. All in all things went well. Stephanie 280/254/223 for now

After having a bad couple of weeks of poor nutrition and little water, I paid the price of pancreas inflamation. I knew I had to be careful with my diet after my surgery and now I know why! Anyway, I am back on track and feeling much better. I wouldn't recommend this form of negative reinforcement but it is going to keep making good nutritional choices! LK

Hey, if you are going to stray krispy kreme is the way to do it. Did you ever see the sex in the city where Miranda joined ww and it was located next to the krispy kreme? You can always go burn off the calories the way she did......Ok, I shouldn't have gone there.

I had a good weekend. I started going to ww meetings and am really excited about losing weight. We spent the day at the beach on Saturday. I am at the point I dont care how I look in a bathing suit. I am going to have fun.

Well we do seem to be on another weekend so I may as well start out with this one. Last weekend I was so bloated and felt like a round ball. I worked all week toward a giant migraine last night. After it left I began a relationship with a box of Sees candies that are supposed to go to the nurses at my great-aunt's nursing home. Needless to say I will be replacing that box. Isn't that something? I haven't broken into something that was for someone else in a very long time. But I'll tell you what, it has been joyful getting into that. Now I have to work extra hard today to burn the extra empty calories. Yeehaw! Start the weekend behind! Ha, ha, ha. All my best to all you gals this weekend. Kristi :o) <><

We don't have Sees candy here in Ohio. But my BIL in California sends us one every Christmas (2 pound box). You know who eats the most of it!!! We do have a "Rocky Mountain Choc. Factory store at the mall here. Only been there once, and is way better than Sees Candy. I stay clear of that store. Oh so good and sooooo expensive!! :-)Stephanie

Hello,

Maybe we could help each other. I'm on the WW at home program too, but I must be doing something wrong, been at it for a month now and have not lost anything. If you'd like to email privately my address is JeanneneRS@copper.net.
