It's been down the hill for me..

Last week was terrible.. I was so stressed out at work, didn't have time to post (reading and posting make me feel motivated and commited to weight loss), my food choices were terrible, didn't excercise at all, and i think i gained back the 5 lbs i lost (if not more).

I am so frustrated. I lack motivation and I am very depressed.

Mary, after a few years of really trying to lose weight, I have decided that losing weight has to do more with discipline than anything else.

mary, I am sorry you had such a bad week. Just put it behind you and start over again. I can't tell you the number of times I have had to do that. I think the key to long term weightloss is being able to start over again after you have had a bad week.

I do that too, have a bad week and make it worse for myself with poor food choices. It's like, "This week wasn't hard enough, I need to make it worse by harming my body with food." Doesn't make sense, does it? But it's true that we can't focus on that or we will keep in that pattern. So is it behind you now? I hope so! Kristi :o) <><

Thank you ladies.. Yep it's all behind me now.. I ate a healthy breakfast today, packed a healthy lunch and praying i'll have a healthy dinner (mom promised). I will try to get some excercise too.
I agree that's its all about discipline. I need to hold myself accountable. I need to do this for myself.
