I am very unhappy due to losing 140 pounds and 90 inches off my body and since then have gained almost all back...so I wanted to do the original plan but the first two weeks I gained 1 1/4 pounds doing this plan plus working out so I got discouraged and started WW and the first week lost 4.2.....the question is I liked the gym plan/original plan better....with WW it is to lienant for me...I chose unhealthy & cabry things all the time. I am confused in what to do..all I now is I want to getthis regain off asap...can your body get use to the original plan and need to switch to another plan to lose weight?

Welcome. I believe you have to find what works for you but you also must like what you are doing to stick to it long term. I hope you don't mind sharing why you think that you gained the weight back after being so successful. I know many of us are concerned about keeping the weight off long-term. Thanks! LK

I don't think your body gets used to a diet, but i think we as individuals get board with a plan and it can be helpful to switch it around. Just make sure whatever you do is healthy and you can stick with it for the rest of your life.

I would like to know also what occurred that you gained back most of your lost weight? It's not unusual but it sure helps if we can educate each other. As far as plans, I don't do one. I'm working on making better choices - I ever gave myself a number to aim for each day. I am trying to make 5 good choices a day. When I've accomplished that, I will up the number. Kristi :o) <><
