I did 30 minutes on the elliptical, 30 minutes on the stationary bike, and 30 minutes walking on the treadmill. Fourth day in a row at the gym, but I'll take this weekend off.
Friday I worked up a giant migraine and got an aerobic workout from my head pounding in my skull. Saturday (today) I had a surge of energy and did a Susan Powter tape then began cleaning my upstairs like a crazy person. I'm in a cleansing mood. I feel like I need to lighten this house in addition to my body. It's time to throw some clutter out. What clutter in my body do I need to throw out? Thought provoking..... Kristi :o) <><
Way to Go! My accomplishment doesn't sound nearly as impressive but I did my 30 min. on the elliptical 5 days in a row. woohoo!
