hiya i've posted here before but the last 3 weeks i've gone really off track, i suffer with pnd and i went into a really bad depression and just ate everything in sight (comfort eater of carbs and sugars) but i'm back on track now and am starting fresh today bought a new baby sling yesterday (my old one broke) and am going to get out for an hour every day as this makes me feel sooo much better, as does eating helthily. i have luke who is almost 11 weeks and owen who is 20 months so i will be carrying luke in the sling and pushing owen in the stroller so hopefully this will help kickstart my weightloss again. i had lost 8lbs before i lapsed and thankfyully haven't put it back on again i think this is because i'm brestfeeding though but anyway i'll stop going on just to let people know i'm back :)

Hi Emma:

Good for you for getting back on track. Just remember, you'll have more relapses and setbacks. What will be your true test is how quickly you get back on track and your attitude while you do it!

Great job on the walk with the kiddie's. That sounds like heaven to me. Unfortunately it's too hot here to walk during the day....unless you get up at about 4 a.m. to do it. lol

I'm glad to see you back!

hi emma,
your excercise plan sounds great. I finally got my son (16 months) in the stoller after months of resolving to do so. And we enjoyed ourselves a lot, not to mention the great excercise. Belive me, both you and the kids will enjoy a break from home and will energize you for the rest of the day. I am looking forward to today's walk. (that's from someone who hates to excercise).
Tell us how it went
