OK....since I thought yesterday was the 19th, and it's actually the 19th today, let's just keep this thread going through today.

Tell us how much you're drinking today!

Hi Malline, you're using the metric system like i do. Where are you from?
1 liter = 32 oz

I drank 3+ liters.. that's 96+ oz. Plus 1.5 cups nescafe & 1 glass of milk.

Hey there, I'm British, how about you?

You drank so much! Be careful though, it can be dangerous to drink too much water...I won't go into all the science! hehe

I am trying to keep it up, so hard though!

British huh? I though you guys used the same units as the US.. pounds, miles & all. I think you use stones & pounds for weight right?

Actually 3 liters is not that much water. Especially in hot weather and believe me with the heat wave it's barely enough. It's been 35-40 celcius all month (that's ~ 95-105) I live in Cairo/Egypt.

I beleive the the USofA is the only country that uses the standard measure and all the others use metric. When they talk about us converting over I panic. Metric is so confusing to me!! Stephanie
