My job in and of itself is exercise...I'm a CNA...always on my feet, lifting, bending, etc.


During my break at work, I did 10 minutes on the stairmaster

I did my 40 minutes on the Elliptical plus Day 1 of the Firm's 5 day ab tape... and I ate really good today... So this week is off to a good start! woohoo! Just gotta keep it going now! I was not so good over the weekend.. we went on a road trip and so I ended up eating whatever, which was mainly fast food.. it was for a birthday party too so there was cake as well... although I ate smaller portions than I have in the past.. but still not good.
