I know that drinking plenty of water is good for overall health, but how does drinking a lot of water aid in weight loss. At one point I was drinking about 130 oz. of water. I don't think it impacted my weight loss. Exercise and eating were pretty consistent. But I did feel hella bloated from drinking all that water.
Now I haven't been drinking nearly that much. I want to get in at least the bare minimum amt. of water.
