Try getting up and walking throughout the day and see if that helps. Did you stay on plan?
I have had a really bad day, but through it all my eating has been good. No exercise, but I did get my water in. This morning as I was leaving the house I backed over my daughters trike that she had left under my car. The trike hit a little plastic car, which hit some shovels, which hit the garage door opener and broke it. It was easily fixed, but embarrassing. The whole thing was watched by the phone guy. Then I make 5 wrong turns on the way to Target.(I kept driving past the right turn.) Target didn't have what I needed. When I got home I dropped a ruler and it made a whole in the wall.(on our house we have been in for a week.) and it goes on and on......BUT I still ate well. Hopefully tomorrow will be better. sharla
I am a compulsive overeater. This is the first time posting on the boards. I have been in this hopeless state reguarding my weight. After years of trying and failing I think I have given up although I know if I want to continue living I must try and pull myself togeather again. I have decided not to spend another penny on weight loss clubs and plans. The last place I joined was last year and I lasted about three months in the program and now owe them around $400.00. I should not have to pay someone to do what I know I must do for my own health and wellbeing. Anyway I am sure this is a common problem with all overeaters. The magic cure is just not to be found, at least not outside yourself. Anyway I also have bad knees and joints and in response to your post I have found that water aerobics helped me the most with the stiffness I have. Although its been a year since I have been involved with it I am seriously thinking of joining the pool again and your post made me remember how I felt after an hour in the pool and being able to move like I cannot do on land. Anyway thanks for the reminder.

Welcome to the board Pama!
I have done water aerobics as well, I just don't always have the time to go to the gym to do it.
