Sorry gals for not posting! I have been following everyone's progress and reading up on everyone, just haven't posted. I go to so many message boards that I just get overwhelmed with posting. I too needed a swift kick to my behind. I started eating healthier, using the Insulin Diet book and would do fine for a few days then I would binge like an animal and then repeated the cycle. I have got to get a handle on healthy splurging like the book says. Well I have been back on track for 3 days now and I am happy to say I have stayed right around where I started, so I didn't sabotage myself too badly.

It's hard, Heather. We are only human and have had bad eating habits for years and me, years and years. I do what you do also. I'll be really good for awhile and lose a couple of pounds and then binge something terrilbe. I don't know what my problem is or I wouldn't do it. I think we have to keep plugging away tho, so that maybe someday all this will sink in and we can be successful in changing these horrible eating habits we have.
Mine is sweets. I am so totally addicted to sugar. They should have rehabilitions places for sugar addicts, just like alcohol or drugs!!! I would go for sure!! Good luck and hang in there. Stephanie 280/252/223 for now
