Girls, I need a big kick in the you know what. I have gone so far off track these past few days. I just can't seem to do it. And my mood sucks :(. You guys are always so helpful, so hit me with your best shot! Thanks so much for the support.

Well Staci, you asked for it, so here goes!
Girl, you need to pull yourself together.
ok here goes..
Staci, no one can lose the weight for you. This is something you have to do by yourself and for yourself. This is an obligation towords your body, it's not a luxury. You can't afford to slack now. You've already gone a long way and you can't subotage yourself now. And you know that once you start taking care of yourself your mood will start to improve. So even if you're not in the mood, go have a walk or have other type of excercise. Just force yourself to do it for a few minutes. Get up and tell yourself you'll just excercise for 5 minutes, that's not a big deal, it's like a commercial brake. Odds are, you'll feel like you want to continue. If not, then have another commerical brake later...
