I had a good day today, made healthy choices. As soon as I got home from work I was starving! So I snacked a little too much. I exercised for 45 mins tonight and drank my water. But, the hunger just came back.....gggrrrrr. I had a very healthy meal, baked salmon, brown rice and steamed brocoli. I caved after working out and had 2 pieces of cheese toast. Tomorrow is another day....right? Oh, btw I payed extra attention to stretching before and after my workout so as not to strain my back again.

Did 20 push-ups by "cheating" (using the kitchen counter--I'd NEVER make it off the floor LOL)
