I already got in an hour long walk this morning. Since it was actually somewhat nice outside! Kinda sticky but far from 100 degrees so I loaded up my kids in their double stroller and went for a walk. I live near a mountain so the walk was uphill/downhill on a few parts so it was a good little workout. Although I still plan on doing my elliptical this evening as well, which I have done the last 2 nights.. and technically I don't get my reward unless I do my elliptical for at least 30 minutes a day.. so the walk is just a bonus I suppose.
I tricked my granddaughter into exercising. Yesterday I tried to do stretches with her but she would not go for it. So today I just let her sleep and when she woke up and wanted to go to her friend's house I told her that the only way was if she was willing to walk 3/4 mile with me to the farm to pick up the van. We did that in the hot sun. I think I burned a little.
