I did 30 minutes on the elliptical, 30 minutes on the stairclimber, and 30 minutes on the treadmill.

Well ladies I made a huge mistake yesterday before my work out. There is an "Energy Bar" at our gym, we planned on getting smoothies before working out. (We had free coupons) So I figured I would treat the smoothie as my dinner so in the car in the parking lot of the gym I took my insulin. Well we get inside and the Energy Bar is temp closed because they need to update some permit thing. I deceide to start working out.

15mins treadmill
15mins bike -- actually 10 when I realize I feel like crap, go out to the car, check my sugar and YUP I'm WAY too low. So I had to quit my cardio, because it just makes my sugar drop like a mad man. So I did some weight training.

15reps on four different machines I can never remember the names of. 3 are for my upper body, and one for my legs.

I think went and did some crunches with the medicine ball under my legs. That HURTS. I can "feel the burn".

So today I am at work and the gym closes before I get off. : ( Sunday I am "booked" so I can't wait for Monday morning. Maybe I can go for a nice long walk with my kid and dogs today or tomorrow. : ) I live in a great city with great trails.
