New Motivation

I have found a new motivation to lose wieght. My husband and I have been planning a vacation for the beginning of next year. I want to be atleast down to 165. I am currently 252, and I started at 255. I have just been floating between 250 and 255. I just can't really get the scale to budge. I guess I need to up the exercise or try to ear a little less. I am not very good at counting calories, so I just try to eat less. Right now I am exercising atleast three times a week for 45 minutes on the treadmill at a speed between 3.0 and 3.5 mph and mixing uo the incline and about a half hour of weight training. Hopefully I can kick it in the butt and get motivated,.

Congrat's on the new motivation! I understand about increasing the workout routine. I found myself in a rut...not pushing myself hard enough and not being consistent. I now have a routine and this is my first week.
