But shouldn't you be adding 500 calories for BF? I think it is 300 for pregnancy & 500 for BF. Make sure to drink a lot of water and ask your doctor about proper supliments (and you may need calcium tablets)

I'm not really familiar with the Zone diet, so I'm not sure what to tell you about feeling hungry, but I think Mary was right when she said you need to add a few more calories for breast feeding. Maybe try that for a couple of days and see how it works for you.
