Tonight I plan on walking 1.5 miles on the treadmill, and then to the elliptical for 26 miles to reach my 3 mile a day goal. I haven't gotten there yet this week, but pretty close. Then I need to work out on the arm and leg weight machines tonight. I didn't have time for this Monday or Wednesday night. I hope i can push thru tonight....it will be hard, about an hour and a half workout.
OOPS ;-) That was a huge mistake....hehe. I meant 26 mins....I can't imagine walking that long....im doing good on getting to the 3 mile mark. Thanks for the encouragement Kerstin....is your week getting better?
Well.........I hope you have a better day tomorrow. Just think what a difference you make in our lives. Tomorrow is another day....I know you can make the best of it and kick butt on your diet/exercise ;-)
