I'm over 300 pounds and looking for an easy workout - I really can't do a heck of a lot at this point, as even walking is very difficult after a few blocks, and I'm looking for something to ease me in and motivate me. I'm thinking about Aquacise and Tai chi - anyone here ever done either one, or have any opinions?

Hi and welcome. I have done water aerobics in the past. They are great. My mom does them she has back trouble and she said it helps her back. Even if you just get in a pool and walk laps, it's exersice and if that's all you can do at this point do it. When I was doing water aerobics the instructor shared her story. She was very overweight and could barely walk, in fact she said she had to hold on to the walls @ the gym just to walk. All she was able to do was just walk laps in the pool and she just kept @ it and now she looks great, and she was the best water aerobic instructor I've ever had.
Hope this helps.
